Courses and Registration
|Session||May 23–July 18|
Mercer offers multiple course formats to best fit your needs: online, in person, or a blended combination of both. Regardless of format, most summer courses carry credit of 3–4 semester hours each, and the majority of students enroll in no more than 6–8 credit hours altogether.
Our wide selection of online summer courses, sometimes referred to as distance learning, give you the flexibility to complete your coursework from a location that’s convenient for you as long as you have internet access. Online courses are offered through Mercer’s course management system, Canvas, and any additional tools at the professor’s discretion.
In-person evening courses typically involve students meeting in the classroom once per week per course.
Blended courses combine online and in-person instruction to provide you with opportunities to learn in both settings.
