How to register for summer classes at Mercer

  • Students who are already enrolled at Mercer can register through your MyMercer account.
  • Students who are interested in enrolling as a transfer or transient student will need to apply to the University first.

Summer classes at Mercer offer you a convenient selection of three sessions to choose from.

Session 2024 Dates
Session I (5 weeks) May 20-June 21
Session II (5 weeks) June 24-July 27
Session III (10 weeks) May 20-July 27

Summer registration begins March 25 or at the time that your fall registration becomes available. The late registration deadline for Sessions I and III is May 21, and the late registration deadline for Session II is June 25.

In addition to multiple session offerings, Mercer offers two types of course formats to best fit your needs: in person and online. Regardless of format, most summer courses carry credit of 3-4 semester hours each, and the majority of students enroll in no more than 6-8 credit hours altogether.
